  • All of our crocks are shipped FREE in the lower 48 states (except as noted). Alaska and Hawaii and all other destinations will need a separate quote for a shipping price.

  • Normal Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery time is three to five (3-5) weeks from the date that the order is placed.
    Christmas Orders have to be placed by November 29th. (Personalized Crocks)
    Christmas Orders have to be placed by November 10th. (Salt Glazed)

  • In-House Rush Service (For etched Crocks Only)

  • Need your product in a hurry? The manufacturer's In-House Rush Service is available on the personalized 2 gallon, 1 gallon, and 2 quart crocks, and priced as follows:

    - One Week In-House Rush Charge - $10.00
    - Two Week In-House Rush Charge - $ 6.00
    This service reduces the normal in-house processing time of 3 to 3 ½ weeks to 1 or 2 weeks. In-House Rush is NOT available from December 1st to December 31st.

  • Please note that some details that are shown on these design sheets may not appear on the 2 Quart crocks due to their small size.

    • Plain Crocks

    On 10 Gallon Crocks, there will be an extra $10.00 charge, if you live in a zip code of 87000 or higher.

    • Salt Glazed House Crocks

    When ordering your customized house crock, send us an original color photograph. PHOTOS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. Do not send a black and white photograph, these do not show enough details for our designers.

    Our designers will have the final decision on the design layout. Due to the nature of salt glaze we cannot reproduce a sharp clear image at all times. Refunds or remakes are only available, if our error as determined by the manufacturers quality control department warrants it. We are not responsible for errors due to illegible copy, photos or our customers spelling errors. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery, shipped via RPS.

    • Personalized Salt Glazed Crocks

  • Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for Personalized Designs. Replacement will be issued if there was an error on the part of Randall's Specialties or the manufacturer. Due to slight variations in shape, color and texture that naturally occur in pottery and stoneware, no two pieces are exactly alike and these variations should not be considered defects.

    Randall's Specialties is not responsible for inaccuracies in spelling or capitalization of characters provided by the customer when purchasing personalized products. Returns must follow procedures outlined above.

    The purchaser is responsible for postage/shipping costs on returned merchandise. Appropriate postal insurance must be acquired relative to the purchase of the ordered product. We do not reimburse you for return shipping and handling charges.

    • Damaged Merchandise

    Please inspect all merchandise inside delivered package upon receipt. If there is any damage to the merchandise purchased:

      • Immediately report any damage to respective shipping carrier.
