What if my product never arrives?
A: CALL US FIRST!
All products should arrive in 30 days.
However, there may be some exceptions to every rule! For instance, if a Salt Glazed or a Honey Glazed piece of pottery that was being re-fired after your personalization was complete, and the pottery came out of the kiln "damaged" or not to the expectations of our artists, it will have to be re-done. It will be put on the fast track to be shipped out.
We will keep in informed of any unusual problems.
Sometimes our shipping partners, UPS or FED EX deliver it to the wrong address! Yes, this does happen. Let us know and we will put a "TRACE" on it. And sometimes they deliver it to the "front" porch, if you don't use your front porch, (it has happened), please check it out.
If you do not received your product in the 30 day time frame, CALL US.
AFTER 60 DAYS After 60 days we will we will make an assumption that everything is fine. Remember, UPS and FED EX do not retain their TRACING NUMBERS FOREVER!
After 60 days all transactions are final. |
