No Return will be accepted for Personalized Product.
Replacement will be issued if there was an error on the part of Randall's Specialties or the manufacturer. On personalized pottery and crocks, due to slight variations in shape, color and texture that naturally occur in pottery and stoneware, no two pieces are exactly alike and these variations should not be considered defects. Randall's Specialties is not responsible for inaccuracies in spelling or capitalization of characters provided by the customer when purchasing personalized products.
On Personalized and other products ordered: The purchaser is responsible for postage/shipping costs on returned merchandise. Appropriate postal insurance must be acquired relative to the purchase for the ordered product. We do not reimburse you for return shipping and handling charges.
